About TYLA

TYLA is a design office founded in 2013, working across landscape architecture, urban design, and spatial planning. Our practice spans a wide range of geographies and scales — coastal zones, valleys, city centers, campuses, cultural destinations, and conservation areas. We approach each project through the lens of ecology, context, and function, aiming to reveal the potential of the place.

Our work includes public spaces, tourism and cultural landscapes, infrastructure corridors, agricultural zones, and complex open space systems. We collaborate with disciplines such as architecture, ecology, engineering, planning, and the arts — developing integrated, sustainable, and context-sensitive solutions. Design for us is not just spatial intervention; it is a thoughtful dialogue between land, people, and urban life.

Alongside built work, TYLA has received numerous awards in national and international competitions. We operate through interdisciplinary processes, multi-actor collaborations, and a strong commitment to designing spaces that are enduring, adaptable, and meaningful.
